Ted Tomkins
President
After
working 15 years in the banking industry leading the
business development of point of purchase debit card
and ATM networking, Mr. Tomkins took his knowledge of
electronic financial transactions and transferred it
over to the healthcare EDI industry. After significant
success with meeting the EDI needs of pharmacies, he
led the development of the newly emerging market of
real-time healthcare transactions. As President of Provider
Advantage, Mr. Tomkins devised and implemented the strategic
plan that propelled Provider Advantage to a position
of industry leader in the Pacific Northwest. His strategic
vision for simplifying healthcare administration continues
to guide the company toward national recognition and
new successes.
Mr. Tomkins holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering
from University of Florida and completed Masters level
coursework in Business Administration from Seattle University.

Shannon Molden
Vice President and Chief Technology
Officer
| Mr.
Molden has been involved in EDI and healthcare for 19
years. As a director at a financial commodities company,
he oversaw the writing and maintenance of software that
processed over $17 billion in electronic transactions.
With his EDI experience, he moved to QuadraMed where
he served as Director of Software Development for the
EDI division. In his role here, he saved the company
significant resources by streamlining processes required
for building, maintaining and installing applications.
Mr. Molden’s expertise
with ANSI transactions and extensive knowledge of systems
applications make him an invaluable member of the Provider
Advantage team.

Glenn
Gross
National Sales Director
|
Mr.
Gross brings 20 years of sales and management experience
to Provider Advantage. He formed the nation’s
first sales force to market the idea of embedding eligibility
verification, patient demographic, credit and medical
necessity checks, and scheduled call-back reminders
into procedures at the first point of patient contact
– scheduling. Through his work with some of the
nations leading healthcare organizations, Mr. Gross
has evangelized the need to automate these tedious tasks
to reduce AR days, bad debt and improve upfront cash
collections. In his role with Provider Advantage, Mr.
Gross identifies key strategic partners interested in
helping their customers provide transparent solutions
for automated eligibility verification.
Mr. Gross holds a Bachelor
of Science degree from Glassboro State College.
