MoneyFinder SSHLoader 1.0 Communications The Provider Advantage SSHLoader 1.0 installs a new service called SSHLoader on the Machine running MComPlus. When running, SSHLoader 1.0 allows Providers to send secure, HIPAA compliant eligibility requests to the Provider Advantage payer network. To Install MoneyFinder SSHLoader 1.0 on the MComPlus communications server: 1. Go to the MoneyFinder Download Page http://www.provider-advantage.com/products_moneyfinder.htm 2. Click the link to download the MoneyFinder SSH Installer. http://www.provider-advantage.com/MoneyFinder-download/SSHLoader_1.0.MSI 3. Save SSHLoader_1.0.MSI to folder and machine running MComPlus.exe (i.e. C:\Program Files\MoneyFinder\) 4. Call Provider Advantage Customer Solutions to obtain a site specific encrypted key & password for SSH access to MoneyFinder Payers 5. Save encrypted Key file (.enc) provided to the same folder containing SSHLoader_1.0.MSI 5. Double-click SSHLoader_1.0.MSI 6. Enter the password provided by Provider Advantage Customer Solutions 7. Once the password is entered, you will be prompted to accept the server key and store it in cache 8. Select Y for Yes 9. A CMD prompt will open, connecting the workstation to the SSH server 10. When prompted in the CMD prompt, save the key in cache, and close the console window 11. Once console window is closed SSH installation is complete Configure MComPlus to use SSHLoader 12. Launch MComPlus 13. Click TCP/IP Settings button on MComPlus 14. Configure MComPlus to communicate to IP 127.0.0.1 Port 5432 Test SSHLoader Communications 15. Test the connection by attempting to telnet to IP: 127.0.0.1 Port 5432 Open Command Prompt Type "Telnet 127.0.0.1 5432" and hit Enter A Blank Console Screen confirms open connection - move on to step 16. Failed Connect indicates SSHLoader service is not listening - see below for troubleshooting steps If failed, check to ensure Service SSHLoader is running in the windows Services Menu. If the service is running, and the Telnet still fails, contact Provider Advantage Customer Solutions for assistance 16. Launch MoneyFinder 17. Send an eligibility inquiry to test communications. 18. Once a response is returned to MoneyFinder, successful configuration and communication is confirmed. 19.
